RETURN/EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy

  • ·      15- Days Returns: You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered
  • ·      Easy and Free Returns: You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs inside the UAE.
  • ·      Full Refunds: If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
  • ·      For all Returns/ Refunds/ Exchange products: should be returned in its sealed and original packaging, Dari Household Appliances trading LLC reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with
  • ·      Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

 

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed

3. DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY, 

  • Shipping will be done by a third party courier
  • Delivery Duration:
    • Within UAE: 3-5 business days
    • International and GCC Countries: 7-10 business days
  • Processing and shipping orders will be done from Saturday to Thursday.
  • Delivery day counting will start from the date of the order confirmation based on the product availability. Courier company will try to contact you via the telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact courier company will return the parcel to Dari Household Appliances trading LLC and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.

  • Products will not be offered to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
  • Please note that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • “SHIPPING FEES will be calculated on the checkout page, depends on the country and Location”
