Shipping Policy

  • Processing

    • Shipping will be done by third party courier.
    • Processing and shipping of orders will be done from Monday to Saturday.
    • Delivery day counting will start from the date of the order confirmation, based on the product availability.
    • The courier company will try to contact you via the telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact, the courier company will return the parcel to DARI HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES TRADING L.L.C and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.
    • Products will not be offered to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
    • Please note that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

  • Shipping Fees

    • Local Orders - Normal Delivery

      • DariHome offers free shipping for orders above 200 anywhere in the UAE.
      • A shipping fee of AED 15 will be collected for orders of less than 200 for orders coming from locations commonly reached by our courier service.
      • Shipping rates will be shared for orders outside the reach of our courier service.

    • Local Orders – Express Delivery

      • A shipping fee of AED 25 will be collected for express delivery
      • Express delivery is not available for locations outside the reach of our courier service.

    • International Orders

        • Shipping rates will be calculated after checkout, and our customer service team will reach out with the best available rates. The rates for shipping depend on the country and location. For international customers; custom fees, sales taxes and any other fees applicable to your country are not included in your shipping fees. 
        • Extra charges will apply should add-on services to secure the orders be required by either the customer or the third-party courier. Example – Palettes, wooden box, etc.
      • Saudi Arabia
        • Customs duty charges 5% to 20%
        • Value-added tax 15%  
        • Admin fee on VAT would be SAR 15/-


Shipping Duration

  • Local Orders

    • Express Delivery

      • Cut off limit for express delivery is at 12:30 PM
      • Orders received before the cutoff time will be delivered within 1-8 business hours.

    • Local Orders – Standard Delivery

      • Within UAE: Standard Delivery 2 - 3 business days
      • Our customer service team shall inform the customer should there be any delay.

    • International Orders

      • International and GCC Countries: 10-15 business days
      • Our customer service team shall inform the customer should there be any delay.

 

  • Custom Clearance 

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees that are required. This is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid when you make your purchase.
