WHAT WILL I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If items are defective, they need to return within 7days with proof of damage. Below are the list of non-returnable Products.

RETURN/ REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
Refunds are only accepted if the product is a manufacturer defect, faulty or damaged. Returns and Exchanges are accepted if the product is returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition they were purchased with original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Warranty on products applies if applicable.
If you wish to return any Products, you can write to us at email@example.com within 72 hours from the delivery date, with complete details and reason of return, supported by images and the purchase receipt of the Product.
Products that are not applicable for Return / Exchange:
Personalized Products, Gift Cards, Glassware, Cookware, Dinnerware, Cutleries, Stainless Steel Products and Linens.
For returns that will be made outside of the UAE, you will be required to pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you may ship back the Product to this address:
