General Conditions

          • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, returns, and refunds.
          • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and seals intact, unless the item is defective.
          • Returns for defective products must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by proof of damage (clear photos or videos).

          • This policy does not apply to the following non-returnable items:
            • Personalized products
            • Gift cards
            • Glassware
            • Cookware
            • Dinnerware
            • Cutlery
            • Stainless steel products
            • Linens
          • Dari Home reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of any item before approving an exchange, return, or refund.


Refund Policy

          • Refunds are processed only for items with a manufacturer defect, fault, or damage.
          • Claims must include:
            • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.
            • Proof of purchase.
          • Sealed and functional items are not eligible for a refund.
          • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, where applicable.


Exchange Policy

          • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery, if:
            • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
            • The original purchase receipt is provided.
          • Exchanges can be made:
            • For another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies), or
            • For a store credit valid for 6 months.
          • All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the Dari Home team.


Return Process Within the UAE:

          • Message us at +971 56 310 1329 to request a return.
          • Our team will arrange product pick-up for you.

International Returns:

          • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
        • Alternatively, you may send the item to:

          Return In-Store Purchases:

          • Items can only be returned or exchanged at the same store of purchase.

          • Returns must comply with the conditions stated above.
