Shipping policy

Efficient delivery is something that we ensure at Dari Home. Here are a few frequently ask questions about delivery that you might want to know.

-Orders within the UAE will be delivered within 1 week. Orders to be delivered outside UAE have a minimum delivery time of 1 week depending on the courier.

- A tracking code will be sent to you. You can track it through Fedex.com

- You can give additional or revised instructions through Whatsapp. If it is already dispatched by couriers, they will contact you and you can arrange a rescheduling.

- Multiple addresses are only applicable for multiple transaction

- International shipping is available with additional cost

- Delivery within UAE is free for a card payment and AED 5, but international delivery will incur additional charges.

- A refund is available but the time will vary depending on the bank. It usually take 1-5 days for bank to give back the credit.

Returns and exchanges

-if items are defective, they need to return within 7days with proof of damage. Find below the list of non-returnable Products.

You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered. 

We will take care of the return shipping costs within the UAE. 

All damage products covered by warranties can be sent to our service center.
