- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4-6 eggs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Crusty bread or pita, for serving
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
