Ingredients:
Frozen mango chunks (fresh mango is fine too)
Half a cup of baby spinach
Mint leaves
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of half a lime
1 1/2 cups of cold water
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to your blender.
- Start on the lowest setting and gradually increase to the highest setting.
- Continue blending on high until creamy and smooth for 10-20 seconds, or more depending on your blender.
