-Choice of toasted seeds, oats (optional)
-Semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- Make a double boiler by first boiling a large pot of water.
- Add the chocolate chips to a smaller pot, then hold the smaller pot over the boiling water to melt the chocolate, careful not to let any water leak into the chocolate.
Stir the chocolate continuously until it is smooth.
Pour the chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper. Use a chocolate mold to make it more presentable.
Use a rubber spatula to spread the chocolate out until thickness to your liking is achieved. Recommended thickness would be ¼.
Immediately top with toasted nuts, dried fruits and seeds of your choice.
Let cool for 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.
Cut or break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy!
