RETURN/ REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
Refunds are only accepted if the product is a manufacturer defect, faulty or damaged. Returns and Exchanges are accepted if the product is returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition they were purchased with original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Warranty on products applies if applicable.
If you wish to return any Products, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours from the delivery date, with complete details and reason of return, supported by images and the purchase receipt of the Product.
Products that are not applicable for Return / Exchange:
Personalized Products, Gift Cards, Glassware, Cookware, Dinnerware, Cutleries, Stainless Steel Products and Linens.
For returns that will be made outside of the UAE, you will be required to pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you may ship back the Product to this address:

A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
Shipping will be done by a third party courier.
Shipping fees will be calculated on the checkout page, depending on the country and location. For international customers, custom fees, sales taxes and any other fees applicable to your country are not included in your purchase price.
- Within UAE: 3-5 business days
- International and GCC Countries: 7-10 business days
Processing and shipping orders will be done from Saturday to Thursday.
Delivery day counting will start from the date of the order confirmation based on the product availability. Courier company will try to contact you via the telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact, the courier company will return the parcel to and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.
Products will not be offered to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Please note that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
